How do I pay for the transfer?
You pay the driver on the day of the trip; we confirm the available payment methods when you book. There is no online payment.
Can I cancel? Is there a fee?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup. If it's later, contact us and we'll sort it out case by case.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
The driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign with the passenger's name. Before the trip we send you the exact meeting point and the driver's phone number.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request: tick “Child seat” in the form and give the child's age in the comment. We confirm availability when you book.
How do I change my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or call us, with your booking number and the change you need. Changes are free up to 24 hours before the pickup; later, where possible: contact us. If the route, the number of passengers or the luggage changes, the price may change.
